I have so many memories from over the past fourteen years. So many times when magic happened in our walls. Brides who came in defeated. Brides who came in elated. Brides who came in feeling a mixture

Every dress has a story.
If only those dresses could talk.

Like the bride who came in and had decided she was tired of waiting and was going to elope the next day.
Or the bride who was planning to get married in the fall found out she had little blessing on the way and decided to get married in three months.
The bride who had gotten her gown and it had randomly shipped super early when she called to see if anything could be done as she was sick and wanted to get married before she lost her hair.

I go could go on and on.

The magnitude of the role that I get to play is not lost on me.
The excitement.
The joy.
The sadness.
The anticipation.

It all happens between the walls of our store.
But most of all the magic.

Ready for our big announcement? We are so excited to be welcoming @elwyns_garden into our space. My sister Katie is a talented florist with an incredible eye for detail. And a heart full of gold. I know she delivers the same level of service you have to expect at OUTW. Katie will be renting a portion of the store & operating a floral and gift store. She will have a soft opening in June and a grand opening in September. Please welcome her to the OUTW family with me and be sure to follow her page for all the exciting details.

Happy December 1st 2024 brides. Can I be real with you for a hot minute? I am seeing all these posts about how you need to find your gown RIGHT now. How there’s only 4 more Fridays until your wedding year or what have you. And it’s true 2024 is right around the corner (but where oh where did 2023 go?). But, it’s not buy today or naked tomorrow. Here’s the truth as we know it here at OUTW mmmmk? 👗 bridal gowns take 5-6 months to get in depending on designer 👗 rush options are available, as is grabbing stock from designers 👗 most seamstresses want 12 weeks from time of first fitting to wedding day So, yep, shopping early gives you the most available options and we encourage anyone who is able to shop about a year in advance of their wedding to do so! But, girl, we got you! If you have less than a year, no need to panic, we will walk with you and help you find your dream dress still, k?! We have some appointments available in December of course, but if you can’t make it happen until January, we promise you, we are going to just as happy and excited to welcome you in then! ❌🅾️ Erin
