In all the excitement yesterday I forgot it was our 4th anniversary of purchasing our little piece of heaven in France. Maison Vive is my hideaway after a busy season and a place to relax and live fully. Beautiful scenery, wonderful friends and a chance to catch my breath. I return after Christmas and look forward to settling back into the flow of the timeless community that greets me.

What is it that makes you think of Afternoon Tea? Is it an opportunity to slow down, catch up, indulge in great company and food whilst relaxing in an environment that treats you with respect and nature decorates your views? We are so proud of the work we have produced here. All food is made fresh on site and by hand, each table setting chosen for you with fresh linens and gorgeous antique bone china. All cultures have found themselves at home here, some for their very first British afternoon tea and delighting in a cultural activity.
