Red Velvet Cakes with bourbon cheesecake filling and then iced with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream icing. The slab cakes had chocolate drizzled on them and the bridal cake was a simple 3 layer “6 round cake just for them!

Well as you all know….I can bake like no buddy’s business!!! But I’m also trying out a line of healthy baking also! I love playing with recipes and tweaking them so they have my own signature on them. Not to mention many hours of reading and researching healthy choices for everyday life meals ect. It’s a new journey and one that I’m enjoying immensely! Here are 2 extremely healthy bake good items from this week! Pumpkin Bread and No flour Brownies!!

I’m not taking orders yet as I’m trying to build a menu and also work out pricing! But when I do……I will-be posting items with pricing!
These items will not necessarily be gluten-free. They also will NOT BE NUT FREE. As these items are baked in the same environment as our other products we make.

So when you turn 💯!!!! Yes 100….. you get what ever type and style of cake you wish! Today a very special cake went out to a very special lady! So here we go she requested a vanilla bean cake with lemon filling and a bourbon vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream icing with a kiss of lemon zest! And topped with pink and white flowers and roses!!!

When making our cakes here everything is made from scratch!!! Even our cake syrups are made here! Infused with all natural flavours. We use fresh vanilla beans in our baking. Not to mention our Swiss meringue buttercream icing is actually made from real butter!!! Not butter substitutes! We are the real thing here

Love it when I get to make my families BD cakes! This was requested by our 15 year old daughter this weekend. (vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla cheesecake filling and Rough iced with our famous vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream icing in a soft lavender color. Then as per request fresh baby’s breath on the sides and topped with lavender)
