The BCSMAC is an organization of BC sport martial arts tournament promoters dedicated to providing the highest standard of open competition for karate, tae kwon do, kung fu, kempo and other stand up traditional arts. We provide SKIL rated events that seed competitors into the BC SKIL Provincial Games held in late November every year. Non-BC competitors are welcome at all BCSMAC events but only BC

residents may compete in the Provincial Games

How to Get Rated for the BC SKIL Provincial Games
1. Keep track of points earned at each event during the season July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016
3. Submit a points 3 times during the competitive year by the following deadlines

Congratulations Team Canada for their amazing performances at the WKU World Championship. The BC Open is proud to be an invitational for the WKU Canadian Championships to be held June 1st in Calgary. Nationals will determine the competitors Canada will be taking to Rhodes, Greece for the Worlds in October 2024
