Swiss trained Chef Donald MacInnis has 30 years of experience in the culinary arts and is excited to bring his style of cooking to your kitchen. Menus are designed through consultation with you, the client, to reflect your personal taste. When possible, products are sourced locally to ensure the highest quality

and freshest ingredients are used to prepare your dinner, and the final dish is presented in a European style.

As with many vendors, we rely on the market to provide for our family. Unfortunately, this weather has made things challenging. We hope to be open this weekend, but in the event we are unable, we are asking that anyone interested in fresh bread this weekend prepay for their order by 7pm this evening (Thursday Feb 15).
