Menus are designed through consultation with you, the client, to reflect your personal taste. When possible, products are sourced locally to ensure the highest quality

and freshest ingredients are used to prepare your dinner, and the final dish is presented in a European style.

As with many vendors, we rely on the market to provide for our family. Unfortunately, this weather has made things challenging. We hope to be open this weekend, but in the event we are unable, we are asking that anyone interested in fresh bread this weekend prepay for their order by 7pm this evening (Thursday Feb 15). If the market is unable to open Saturday, free delivery will be available between Big Pond and Sydney. Send us a message or email [email protected]

Calum MacPhee called to pass on the awful the news of Chef Dave Kyte. I am saddened to hear of his passing. He will be greatly missed by many in many circles. The resting hands of a master! RIP Dave.

Ok so we are getting down to the last orders. Figured we’d show you a sneak peak of Chef Marks desert... A base of tender almond sablé with a thin layer of home made apple jelly. Nestled on top a layer of rich chocolate-almond Sacher cake. Wrapped in light sponge cake a chocolate espresso truffle cream with a hidden creamy raspberry centre. Topped with a chocolate ganache glaze and an almond sweetheart macaron filled with homemade raspberry jam.

Get them in as we will be ending orders by end of day today.
