You’re not imagining things—there is indeed a real butterfly within this frame! This is a memorial piece I created for a client who found comfort in the presence of a butterfly after the loss of their loved one. When they discovered the butterfly had passed, they wished to preserve it as a meaningful addition to the frame.

Each new frame quickly becomes my favorite! I spend countless hours placing petals in the press, changing papers, and designing the pressed floral arrangement… so when it’s time to hand it over to the bride, I can’t help but feel a bit of separation anxiety because I’ve grown so attached! 😅💜
