1. Pork tenderloin with Mango Chutney. Sides of Smashed potatoes drizzled with butter and parmesan cheese and peas.

2. Chicken Cacciatore served over rice with a side of corn.

3. Creamy Italian chicken served with Garlic mashed potatoes and Maple glazed carrots.

4. Chicken Parmesan with Mashed sweet potatoes and roasted garlic butter mushrooms.

5. Butter chicken served with mashed potatoes and a side of peas.

6. Chicken Enchiladas stuffed with chicken, beans , green chilies , cheeses and salsa covered in a red sauce. Served with Mexican rice and fried corn.
