𝗬𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗖𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆
The following information is for those who are joining our YetiCon Van that will be traveling from the U.S/Montreal to the Blue Mountains Resort (YetiCon). If you are interested in a spot, please hit up Terrance Hanlon before June 15th. We will also review information regarding transportation for those coming from Toronto’s Pearson Airport/Toronto Metropolitan Region to the Blue Mountain Resort.
Regarding those traveling from Boston, MA and Montreal, Quebec:
The Boston/Montreal Van will depart the Boston, Massachusetts area in the early hours of Thursday June 16th and aim to arrive at the Blue Mountain Resort NLT 4PM that some afternoon. The Van will later return from the Blue Mountain Resort to Boston, Massachusetts on Monday June 20th by leaving late morning and aiming to arrive back in Massachusetts NLT 10PM at latest. The Van is cited for 12 Passengers, but we aim to keep it to 10 for comfort.
**𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧** 𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗼 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝟮 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘀/𝗗𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘀/𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆-𝗢𝗻𝘀. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆.
The Van will conduct 4 Phases (Refer to Pic #1 of attach Media) The total estimated travel time is between 10hrs – 11hrs depending on the level of traffic encountered (this will differ depending on what portion of the trip occupants are involved in). Please note that these will also be done in reverse when returning from YetiCon on Monday……….
1) The Van will depart the Boston, Massachusetts region in the early hours of Thursday June 16th (approximately 1:00AM). The Van will cross the St. Armond/Philipsburg Border Crossing and conduct entry into Canada. The Van will then proceed through southern Quebec to the city of Montreal
2) Upon arriving at Montreal in the early hours of Thursday (approximately 5:00 AM) the Van will station at the Chateau Maisonneuve (Address: 4999 Saint-Catherine St, Westmount, Quebec H3Z 1T3, Canada). The Van will collect all Montreal/Quebec-based occupants and depart the city of Montreal NLT 7:00AM.
3) The Van will travel down Highway 401 (a.k.a ‘The Kings Highway’) and arrive in the city of Toronto by 12:00 PM. Depending on requirements the Van may/may not travel to Pearson International Airport to pick-up occupants. The Van will depart Toronto NLT 1:00PM.
4) The Van will aim to arrive at the Blue Mountains Resort sometime between 3:00PM – 4:00PM (depending on traffic). The Van will station at the location of the primary Condo’s ‘Cachet Crossing.’ This will also act as the rally point for the other transports being conducted from Toronto. All vehicles will be parked at the Condo’s which is provided free of charge 😊

Those traveling from Toronto or Toronto’s International Airport (Pearson) will have transport arranged individually as needed. We are currently planning this out and should have more solid information by Monday (June 13th). Please note that we request that everyone to donate a small amount o help your driver cover their gas costs given the recent spike in fuel/transportation costs.
