Wedding & Wedding Rehearsal we did back in September. The customer asked for us to wait until after Christmas to post these pics. Great day, great good. I'm so glad I was given the opportunity to do this and so glad it was loved by all.

Thank you to Nichole for coming back into the kitchen and helping me pump all this food out.

100 people with 2 people cooking wasn't an easy feat but accomplished.

Earlier this month we hosted our first Georgian Hills Supper Club and it was so much fun! Chef James McCabe prepared a delectable Short Rib au Jus with Vegetable Cassoulet which was flash frozen and made available for pick up at the winery store. Participants were advised on wine pairings along with cooking directions and then we all met online to enjoy an incredibly fun wine and food evening together.⁣

For those that missed it, good news! We have restocked the freezer and have more of the incredible short rib w/cassoulet ready for pick up with your wine order.⁣
