Borsos tokany is a delicious Hungarian pork stew, flavoured by lots of black pepper it also features smoked bacon & a sour cream sauce.

Cutting up Lots of meat!
Along with this ingredient…Szalonna (bacon)
I already told my monthly meal group what’s coming their way this month, I told them there would be bacon in it.
They had to have known, I would only use the good stuff!
That Smoky flavour makes me feel like I’m back in Transylvania where it was grilled over an open fire 🔥 🥓

Stay tuned to see what dish I will be putting this bacon into 🤤
