TIP: The truth is being a female leader doesn’t actual require you being a nasty person. I’ve never been one for gossip and petty behaviour because I’m too confrontational 😬.

In events being particular or passionate is one thing. But being a great planner really requires patience, kindness, an eye for detail and passion. Otherwise you’re just another person with a power trip. I hope all of you fellow planners, managers are saying please thank you we are nothing without our teams ❤️🥂

I made a decision to actively choose myself again: Between draining relationships, being burnt out from work, and just not being able to step back into the swing of creativity I’ve been feeling…like absolute sh*t. And woke up at 4am this morning realizing I have complete control over my life, and don’t deserve to feel this way. Excited to being joining @mariahcaprii_ team on @beachbody and get into finding my physical release. As I make some other adjustments. Life’s too short to be forcing yourself to slave away for absolutely nothing. To live the bare minimum. I want my smile back and we r going to do everything it takes ❤️🦋
