Rich, creamy, smooth, velvety and packed with an abundance of real pistachio flavor. I made a pistachio paste from roasted ground nuts to achieve a perfectly profound taste. The crust is a buttery, biscoff and ginger spiced base. Topped with a pistachio whipped cream over top, and an amaretto chantilly cream around the edges. Sprinkled chopped pistachios and shaved chocolate to seal the perfect Pistachio deal.

I present you to my 'Hogs and Kisses' Pork Belly Burnt Ends.❤️‍🔥😏 These irresistible bites of heaven are a delicacy in the BBQ world and truly for good reason.

The true magic is cooking them low and slow. I seasoned all sides of the pork belly cubes with my signature rub, and spritzed every hour for about 3 hours with apple juice. Then I tossed and sauced with a homemade Pinot Noir Peach BBQ Sauce, slab of butter sliced in chunks, and honey! Yes oh yes! Even with my eccentric encyclopedia self, I can't fully describe the feeling you get from the vast range of delicious flavors experienced😅 but Lord Almighty I will conquer- that each bite shall have you in an unbelievably beautiful and delectable trance and my sincere apologies for waiting so long to put these on my menu but thank me later🙈😋
