Sweet bundles of blue delphinium all wrapped up for this evening’s charity event for 🌱. Proud to be the floral sponsor for this important event!
Building installations is the most fun part of my job. The creative process is always the same, and goes something like this: get excited about the installation, pack everything needed, get nervous about making it, double check everything is packed, arrive at site filled with excitement, start making it, worry that it doesn’t look good, add more flowers, realize it actually looks amazing, get excited for all the guests to see it!
Fellow florists, would you say this is an accurate description?
Passover flowers done right! Also- a round of applause for these salmon chiffon peonies 👏 🫶🏼🤍
A handful of spring! 🦋
Claire de lune peonies are my all time fav! Delicate white petals and a sunny, fluffy, yellow middle ☀️💛🍳. They’re available for such a short period of time that any bride who gets them on their special day is one lucky lady!

After realizing that I haven’t ever introduced myself in the past 4 years, I thought it was definitely time!
Hi! ☀️ I’m Natalie, the owner of Mythology Floral Art! A lot of you already know me from either outside of my floral world, or are someone that I’ve been blessed to connect with through my work. I started Mythology because I’ve always loved 3 things:
🌸1- flowers, plants and nature. In the summer, you’ll find me bike riding to the Island, camping with my husband, taking pictures of moss and fern covered rocks on hikes, and swimming whenever I can.
🎨2- Fine art. I studied fine art from the time I was 13, until the end of undergrad (I went to a fine arts specialist middle + highschool and then studied it at U of T). Art has always been a huge part of my life. I have a painting practise outside of floral design where I make art by commission for private and corporate clients, as well as freelance as a scenic artist for film and tv productions. You can check out my work here
📐3- The third thing I love is design! I studied Architectural Design as one of my undergraduate majors, and did a masters degree in Landscape Architecture at U of T! I’ve always loved large scale design and how textures, colours and compositions affect our day to day life.
Thanks for following along on my floral journey and for trusting me to make some of the most important days of your life beautiful! 🤍🤍🤍
Who says white wedding flowers need to look traditional?
We love a play on this classic look!

HERE IT IS! I’m so excited to finally be able to reveal our project “A Walk in Nature” which proudly hangs inside the Discovery Centre at @mylakeviewvillage ! Over a year of planning and hundreds of hours of work, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The work is inspired by the native flora and mosses that are present in the forested trails and conservation lands in Mississauga, the ravine systems that feed the ecosystems and the idea of environmental succession as it relates to to the concept of a growing and changing community. I’ll post the full Artist Statement this week, but for now, enjoy this video. A special thank you to everyone involved in the making of this amazing building and the Lakeview team! 💚@argodevelopmentcorp @artscapeto @mylakeviewvillage @iibyivdesign @q4architects
