How is the events industry doing right now? That’s what I asked Anthony Vade, CED+ aka @avconnecting when we sat down yesterday to chat on “That’s Entertaining”.
Take away:
✅New initiatives such as DEI, ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and Sustainability are becoming more important for organizations (and rightfully so) however it is making the job of event planners more complex while many are still struggling to regain their footing post pandemic....not to mention burnout and mental health contributing to the challenges planners face.
