I’ve always been a ride-or-die buttercream girl

But lately… I’ve been challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone and give fondant a real shot (even if it still kinda scares me).

As a self-taught home baker, every skill I’ve picked up has come with a lot of trial and error, a ton of late nights, and a whole lot of passion. Fondant is just the next step in this sweet little journey.

I’m not perfect at it (yet!), but I’m showing up, practicing, and slowly falling in love with the idea of creating those super smooth, polished looks I used to think were way out of my league.

Buttercream will always have my heart — but who knows where this fondant path will lead?
