Our shop is staying closed to the public, but we are taking orders for "Safe distance deliveries" in the GTA. This means we call the recipient ahead and confirm when and where to leave the delivery - by the front door, back door or wherever they prefer. I know the driver is being careful with hand washing, social distancing and taking all the precautions necessary...because it's me!
You can check out our website - thecolourfield.com - to see some cool plants that are available to order now. We've also been able to score really gorgeous blooms from Ontario growers for the next few weeks and can let you know what's fresh and available when you call to place your order.

We hope everyone is hanging in there...we wanted to let you know that we've modified our store hours and will be posting any new changes here and on our website in the next few weeks, as the situation we're all dealing with unfolds. We'll be in the shop Monday to Saturday from 10-3. We'll be checking our voicemail outside of those hours and getting back to you as quickly as possible. We know sending flowers brings joy to both recipient and sender, so we are continuing to do deliveries to private residences and will do our best to accommodate same day delivery requests. Unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries to hospitals, clinics, some seniors' homes and many businesses at this time. Thank you for your understanding. Stay healthy, we will get through this!

So, you know when you are supposed to call somebody but you forget and then you remember and then forget again? Then x amount of time goes by and it becomes really cringey and you don't know how to reach out? Well, I'm just going to rip off the bandaid...We moved!
I know a mention here on facebook would have been smart and courteous but we got so busy with dismantling our life on Yonge St and setting up our new space at 25 Lesmill Rd (near York Mills and Leslie).
So this Thanksgiving, we're giving thanks to all of you who have already come by our new shop to see us and to those that are just finding out, we invite you to visit us soon!
