Step into the culinary spotlight at RC Show as @thegarlandcanada and @restaurantscanada renew their commitment to our thriving and passionate culinary community by showcasing top emerging talent at the annual Garland Canada Culinary Competition. Competitors from across Canada are invited to qualify for the chance to prove their skills and creativity before a panel of esteemed judges, crafting dishes that reflect the 2025 RC Show theme—FUEL—in this high-stakes, high-energy showdown. Competitors will develop and present an original dish that showcases their culinary style and expertise, and brings their personal culinary story to life on the plate. RC SHOW 2024: RC Pizza Competition We are thrilled to be supporting @restaurantscanada with the newly expanded RC Pizza Competition at RC Show 2024, presented by Restaurants Canada, Ardent Mills, Lactalis Canada Foodservice, and Dole, happening April 8th and 9th at the Enercare Centre in Toronto! This year, the wildly popular competition is LEVELING UP with a new, two-day format that will see 40 top pizza makers contend for the title of Top Pizza Maker and over $10,000 in cash and prizes. Response has been strong, but there’s still time to throw your dough in the ring and apply for 1 of the 2 competitions: Traditional Pizza Competition (April 8) or the Creative Style Pizza Competition (April 9).
