🎾 OSGA Senior Summer Games in Sudbury!
Sudbury proudly hosted the 2025 Ontario Senior Games this August, with 60+ tennis players from across the province competing in men’s, women’s, and mixed divisions (55+, 65+, 70+).

Over 70 hours of tennis were played at the Sudbury Indoor Tennis Club & Lily Creek — with SITC members bringing home gold, silver, and bronze medals!

A big thank you to all organizers, volunteers, and players who made this event a success — and congratulations to all the medalists! 🏅

🏆 Rob Shaw Makes History!
Canada’s top wheelchair tennis player, Rob Shaw (North Bay), closed his international career in the best way possible — with a title win at the Birmingham Classic and a new Canadian record: 25 ITF singles titles, the most ever by a Canadian wheelchair tennis player!

“It was incredible to win my last ever match in front of the people that have been there throughout my entire career,” said Shaw.

Congratulations, Rob — a true legend of Canadian tennis! 🇨🇦🎾
