Our Nowruz menu includes:

Sous Vide Lamb 💁🏻‍♂️ ‘Sous vide,’ French for ‘under a vacuum,’ is a French process of cooking lamb in an air-tight plastic bag, fully submerged in a water bath and held at a constant temperature. We marinated 100 lamb chops overnight first in a mint & dill sauce for an event and they were devoured before we could snap a picture of the final product.
