Event Setup & Take Down

For the client who is hosting a special event such as a wedding, bridal shower, baptism, corporate event, social dinner or backyard event and need assistance with setup of the event takedown or even prep cleanup or post cleanup.

Our team offers event set up services where we can assist our client in the preparation of decor such as favours, DIY items, candles, florals, centrepieces, linens, receiving tables, audio visual setup, menu cards etc. Many times our clients want to rent decor but want to reduce budget by hiring one person to setup all the small details rather than paying multiple vendors for setup & take down fees. That’s where we come in!

Existing VRE & Co. Clients:

Many times, existing clients who require additional setup and/or take-down services beyond the setup & takedown scope contracted, can hire our team for event setup services where secondary assistant may be provided depending on guest count and/or amount of setup needed for your event which requires would require more time and work.

There is a difference between a planner, coordinator, and a decorator!
