"I was 23 years young when I founded elle cuisine. The company is 15 years old this year - it feels like just yesterday but also a lifetime ago. In the 15 years building the business, I’ve been lucky to work alongside talented, driven women who’ve helped shape the company’s vision."

What does hospitality mean to you?

“There is nothing more rewarding than creating a hospitable environment wherein guests feel inspired to connect and create memories. Hospitality goes beyond good service. True hospitality creates a genuine and emotional connection with a customer/client/guest, making them feel valued and appreciated.”

What is your favourite thing to cook at home or for clients?

“At home, I love to make pasta for my family. A classic carbonara, spicy San Marzano sauce or traditional bolognese, there is something about a perfect plate of pasta that feels like a warm hug."

What are your favourite things to make at work?

“Beef Wellington & handmade gnocchi!”

Amanda first joined elle cuisine as part of our service team in summer 2022. It didn’t take long for us to notice her dedication, precision, and never-give-up attitude. Now, as an Operations & Events Manager, she’s the one making sure every event runs smoothly!
