Good Morning November! Happy Kerala Piravi on a rainy morning. Initially I decided to make some casual ethnic Kerala breakfast for Vachoo. Making cinnamon rolls were on my cards always though like everyone, there is a lazy side to me who wishes to just buy and eat - much convenient. Except Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, everything else that I have tried are hard or has a tough texture/crust.
I replaced ethnic to Kerala breakfast on Kerala Piravi to North America’s own Cinnamon Rolls, since we are into modern desserts and bakes. Earlier, I have had enquiries for cinnamon rolls though I always said no and never gave it a try. This is my first time try on making a fluffy gory cinnamon rolls which can be scooped with a spoon like Cinnabon. Enjoying the Cinnamon rolls on a rainy Nov 1 with my cup of black coffee and Kerala’s own newspaper Malayala Manorama and Vanitha. Happy November!
