Richa & Manish’s backyard Haldi/Mehendi was one of those days that reminded me why I love this job so much.
It was raining, we were working under a tent, and there were about a hundred little moving pieces happening all at once… but somehow, it all came together beautifully.

There’s something really special about these moments, the colors, the music, the family energy, the laughter, the small adjustments no one notices, the “let’s make this work” teamwork… all happening while the couple gets to just be present.

These raw clips are exactly what being a coordinator looks like behind the scenes: fixing, adjusting, protecting outfits from the rain, calming nerves, keeping everyone on track, and making sure the day still feels joyful and effortless, no matter what the weather is doing.

Days like this remind me that weddings aren’t about perfection, they’re about heart, intention, and making magic in whatever space you’re given. And this day? It was full of magic.

Me… trying so hard not to step into planner mode at someone else’s wedding 😅

Wedding planners can make the crappiest wedding guests… but I did pretty well, all things considered! 😂

The urge to fix the seating flow, coordinate the grand entrance, and manage the chaos is so real.

But sometimes, you just have to sit there, smile, and remind yourself: you’re a guest, not the planner. ✨

Still… if you see me quietly reorganizing the dessert table, mind your business. 🤭
