Can I just tell you how much I love this "local streets" tee from my wonderful neighbor ? I was taking photos for a website product update and realized that this tee makes me feel pretty darn cool, if I may say so myself ☺️ I pretty much NEVER wear black but I definitely make an exception when it's representing the 'hood 💪 and made with such care ❤️ thank you Sharon for designing such an awesome tee!..

While delivering a small event recently I had a brief but wonderful conversation with a stranger while waiting for the elevator. They lit up when they saw the flowers and started chatting animatedly about their beloved grandmother who loved flowers. It reminded me of the amazing power flowers have to comfort and transmit so much of memory, kindness and care in our lives. I needed that reminder. It brought me back to what matters about the work I do, and I am so thankful for that small moment of generosity as we waited to go about our day. I'm also so thankful for you, for following along here. For every kind comment and share, for friendly smiles as you pass and for every customer who has sent flowers to someone they care about. I'm taking a few days to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family, working on refilling my cup. I hope you are too ♥️

It's time for another Monday Pep talk. This one has a Remembrance Day thread in it. Remember to be kind, starting with being kind to yourself ❤️

Need a pep talk this first Monday of the first week of gloomy November? I sure do! Hope this gives you a little lift today, let's think about leaning into the cozy this week. And share this with friends you know struggle with the November gloom too, let's be each other's cheersquad - winter is coming, but we can do this and maybe even find some moments of comfort and joy in there too 🤗💐❤️ (also, I've edited the captions a billion times and then it keeps posting the reel and reverting back to showing I'm giving you a PET talk not a PEP talk, so....🙄 If this one doesn't work I'm just leaving it, you'll figure it out. Or maybe it'll have the algorithm introduce me to a whole new segment of people that are really into pets 🤷‍♀️)

Hello! Iif you're new to Periwinkle, hi there! 👋 I thought I'd introduce myself, I'm Jess. I've been a florist for thirty years (time flies!) My customers live around the world and I make and deliver beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets to the people they love, here in the city. I grew up in the UK and definitely bring that English garden aesthetic to my work, as well as the English love of colour, pattern and texture. My favourite flower is the Sweet Pea, with Mimosa a close second. I'm also an artist, and when I'm not making with flowers, I'm making with paper and paint 🌸💐🌷💕
