Position: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events, including transportation, equipment, staffing, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and culinary teams to understand client requirements and ensure accurate ex*****on of event plans.
- Source and manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Develop and maintain detailed event timelines and schedules, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure seamless ex*****on.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records of all catering supplies and equipment.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess venue logistics and coordinate setup and teardown of event spaces.
- Provide on-site support during events to oversee logistics and address any last-minute changes or challenges.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
