So guess what. I increased the sourdough loaf hydration to get that Devine crumb.... this is me mixing it all up for you. Country loaf + Sourdough loaf available The Market & Smør tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10am, 5 each no tax. I suggest slathering it with their in house whipped truffle butter and my twist a drizzle of their maple syrup and some flaky salt. 😏🤤
