Today our team building activity had our group working on communication, active listening, leadership and problem solving to assemble bikes for 10 children who otherwise might have never had the opportunity to have one. Our donation will go to with the hope to spark joy in these children’s lives this Christmas.

MCC is proud to be a women owned, operated and lead by a team of incredibly talented women. I am encouraged that our industry is starting to recognize this incredible unjust balance in leadership! I have seen wonderful women being promoted in the Toronto Hotel market, but would love to see that translate to large third Party Planning Companies and our own Industry Associations Management and Board seats.
