Here’s what we’ve been up to:
We were underneath the Gardiner at cooking some beautiful dishes for some awesome people.
The empty warehouse space was transformed into an exhibit that showcased the pulse of every visitor in this interactive light and sound installation.
Guests enjoyed a 3 course menu while listening to a combination of over 3000 heartbeats and the muffled white noise of traffic from the Gardiner.
