Nobody loves a nice charcuterie board more than me BUT sometimes you just want something different. I am so excited to offer our adorable and delicious Mignardises… a very French way to graze… we have an amazing variety and something for everyone. Here we have some olive pizzas, truffle sirloin sliders, turkey clubs, smoked salmon bagels, salami rose rolls and fig, prosciutto and Brie sandwiches… all on freshly baked brioche buns… please stay tuned for our menus to be released. These grazing platters can be delivered straight to your office or home in gorgeous packaging and there is no limit to the happiness and joy these will bring to your guests! ❤️

Butter. My favourite food group. But only when it’s realllly good and probably from France. I haven’t travelled to France to stock up on butter in a couple of years so I started making my own from carefully sourced local organic 40% cream and organic culture - I’m so excited to introduce my organic beurre de baratte- it comes in 3 flavours for now - fleur de sel / tarragon and shallot / porcini and truffle. If you share my love of quality butter and would like some in your fridge or included in your next catering, nothing would make me happier than to share it with you!

This is our jerk chicken and salmon dinner with coco rice and peas, mango salsa, and patties. We also did a vegan option with spicy jerk veggies. Served warm and ready for your crew breaks!

The perfect summer dinner... spicy, juicy grilled jerk chicken and mahi mahi with coconut rice and peas! It was also served with a grilled pineapple salsa which made the spice balanced and refreshing 👌🏼 These flavours brought me back to an amazing trip to Jamaica before Covid and I loved every bite of it... who else misses travelling and eating the delicious dishes from other countries? I SURE DO! But getting creative and worldly with our weekly meals have been giving me and my clients the fix we need for now! 🏝
