Exciting News! 🌟 The Landmark Venue’s new bar is taking shape on the lower level, nestled in history with charred bricks from the 1967 church fire. 🏰 Our unique touch? The bar is crafted from the wood of the original St. Andrews Church pulpit. 🪵 Cheers to blending the past with the present! 🥂

🍁 Honouring Sergeant Murray Allan Dixon from our town of Trenton, Ontario 🇨🇦

On this Remembrance Day, we pay tribute to the incredible sacrifice made by Sergeant Murray Allan Dixon, a true hero from Quinte West, Ontario, who served our country with unwavering dedication. At just 19 years old, Sgt. Dixon made the ultimate sacrifice, showcasing remarkable courage beyond his years.

Sgt. Dixon and his family were devoted members of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, where a beautiful stained-glass window now stands in commemoration of his bravery and service. 🙏

Tragically, Sgt. Dixon was killed in the crash of 59 OTU's Hawker Hurricane aircraft, an accident that occurred near Chillingham in Northumberland. His sacrifice in the line of duty reminds us of the profound cost of freedom and the risks our heroes face.

Sgt. Dixon's final resting place is in St. Gregory Churchyard in Northumberland, England. His memory lives on, and we honor him for his dedication and sacrifice. 🕊️

You saw how it started and how the sanctuary looked on day one when we took possession! Now here we are 8 months later!

The perfect dance floor is an essential part of your special day. We’ve removed the original linoleum tiles and replaced it with hand cut hemlock from a local mill. Here is the process of staining the hemlock to create the perfect floor for your event!

Where it all began. The Landmark Venue, formerly St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, is currently under renovation to be turned into a beautiful space for weddings and special events. Watch this page for updates on our progress and information on booking a tour.
