📢 1v1 TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

The first stop on the 2025 TOPGUN circuit is here, the Winter Classic 1v1 held on Saturday February 1st at the Cougar Dome

It is going to be an absolute blast with down to the wire matches. The final event of 2024 did not disappoint and players are hungry to return and make a name for themselves with the first event of the year.

1v1 Format
• Double Elimination bracket
• 8 Players per tournament
• 4 Minute time limit
• 7 Eliminations to win (or most at end of time)
• Available Loadouts - Battle Rifle & Assault Rifle

Following up on the incredibly popular 1v1 tournaments from 2024, we've created the TOPGUN 2025 circuit to bring you a total of five 1v1 tournaments for the year. Players earn points based off their placings at each tournament with their best three finishes being used to determine their overall standing. The top 8 players of the season will be invited out to the Grand Finale Invitational to see who the best 1v1 player at TAG truly is.

⚡ Game Mode Spotlight - SEARCH & DESTROY ⚡

One of our new modes for 2025, Search & Destroy was much demanded all throughout last year. After lots of testing and trial/error we've created an extremely dynamic and challenging game mode unlike any other to date!

Players only have TWO (2) lives in the round with BLUE team playing defense and RED team on offense. RED team must first locate which of the two sites is active and plant at the active site to win. BLUE team has a cool feature as they secretly determine which site is active at the start of the round!

It is a unique blend of a few of our existing modes that creates a one of a kind team play experience. It is one you definitely need to come out and try for yourself at either Open Play or Advanced Play. We are thrilled to announce the Laser Tag 2025 Tournament Circuit roadmap 🎉!

After an amazing year growing our sport with a competitive format, we have taken feedback and worked to improve the experience and help new players get involved with this one of a kind game.

With the data from last years tournament results we have created a classification system for our existing players. The goal with the ranking system is to allow new players to get in an try our tournament experience without going up against stacked lines with the best of the best from TAG. Many of our players throughout 2024 got extremely talented, especially in competitive play.

What does this mean?
• The majority of our standalone tournaments will limit the amount of "Elite" players that can partake in the events, making it friendlier/easy for newer or less experienced players to jump in.
• What if I'm ranked as an ELITE player? Don't worry, you can still participate in our events. It is an opportunity to bring some new friends out or try teaming with some other players of OPEN or RECRUIT rank. Our goal is to grow the competitive sport together.

Stayed tuned for details to drop very soon for the Winter Classic 4v4! Our first tournament of the year.

Also to note for ELITE players, with the upcoming Atlantic Laser Tag League you can still play with your desired squad as it has no limits on who can team together.

Another weekend of Laser Tag has come and gone, which always has us amped for the upcoming weekend to do it all again!

Last Friday was an awesome time with lots of new players coming out to check our one of kind experience out. The new field layout along with our new game modes has been an absolute hit.
