🤍 Marriage License Signing 101 🤍
Often I've been asked, "can we sign the license before the ceremony, so we've got this out of the way and don't do paperwork during the ceremony?"
Yes, we can....BUT, maybe you would like to consider a couple of things that may change your mind:
✅ Include the signing of your marriage license as a memorable part of your ceremony to let ALL your loved ones witnessing a beautiful act of "official" commitment.
✅ One partner seated, the other signing from behind, gives a nicely staged balance for a photo memory of the moment when you made your special day official in front of everyone (instead of behind closed doors).
✅ If you have a bouquet, place it on the signing table so it makes for a decorative shot that you can use for your wedding photo album later.
