We are committed to the procurement of goods from local producers and suppliers because we believe supporting our local economy is important. 🥩W Diamond Ranch, Telkwa BC - We use their high quality, pasture raised, hormone-free, grass fed and finished beef in our beloved chili and meatballs.

We are offering delivery this week if needed after 3:15pm. We can deliver in town in Smithers ( sorry no rural addresses at this time ) We will pop things at the door if you are not home. $8 extra per order

Pick up preferred/delivery in town boundaries is an option if necessary for $8 per order

Orders will be ready for pick up between 230-4pm at the kitchen

*Pozole Verde - shredded chicken, Mexican stew with hominy - 1L $15

*Beef brisket pot pies - $10 each

*Spanokapita pie with lots of herbs - 8 inch pie feeds 4-6 $36

*Charcuterie box for 2 with local cured meat, cheese and pickles $36

*Whipped ricotta and feta dip with Bulkely Valley Spicy Honey and zaatar $8

*Treat boxes - pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate brownie shortbread, oatmeal cranberry white chocolate rosemary cookies and chewy ginger cookies - 12 pieces in each box $36

We’re making porchetta from and giving you all the fixings to put together your own Banh Mi sandwiches. Sliced pork shoulder roast, sourdough, chimichurri aioli, pickled veg and a special sauce to drizzle on your pork

Served with 1L pho broth and preserved lemon bars for dessert 🍋

Please have your orders in by Wednesday at 11am for pick up Friday between 3:30-5pm. $60
