We are feeling defeated. Running a rescue and volunteering for one can honestly be so difficult. Everyday can eat away at your soul, lose faith in humanity and tear your heart apart have sleepless nights and cry ourselves to sleep. Somedays we wonder why we do this . We have days where we feel we have failed these animals and we have days where we want to throw in the towel .

Please help us restore our faith in why we do this job by donating to help all of the dogs and cats we are saving! Some are sent to us as babies sick and alone and some are sent to us as older family pets that are no longer wanted!

Owner surrenders are at an all time high and rescues are closing their doors as no one is adopting. Our rescue needs your help and the only way we can accomplish this is through kind hearted people that are willing to donate and help us out! Please donate if you can ❤️

WOW!!! What a great day yesterday! Northern Animals Rescues and Sanctuary Pawfest 2023 and the Grand Opening was a great success! ❤️

We would like to thank everyone who came out to support us! Without your support we could never have this shelter open! We aren’t completely done yet but we will keep plugging away to make the shelter better for the animals!

And to all the volunteers who cleaned, fixed things, cooked (The D Team) and worked that day we couldn’t have done it without all of you! So thank you all very much. ❤️

And to all the vendors who came and had a good day thank you! Who knows maybe next year we can be on the grass. LOL 😂

And to John and his music friends OMG thank you so much for playing! 🎶 The tunes were awesome!

Again the support from this community amazes us! Thank you so so much!!

OMG I can’t believe Northern Animals Pawfest is only a few days away! Look at what we will be having to celebrate the grand opening of the new shelter. Come and take a look around at all the activities and vendors and see some of our rescued babies!

Pawfest is just about here!

Submit a picture of your furry friends to this page. All photos will be put on a wall at pawfest to be voted on. Voting will take place on Saturday June 24th 2023 between 9am-5pm!

There will be different categories to be voted on!

‼️Deadline for posting photos will be Saturday June 17th 2023 at 12pm ‼️

Be sure to come on down to Pawfest to vote and come check everything out!

Photos will be deleted off the comments as we add them to our photo wall!
