As 2024 comes to an end it is hard not to reflect on the year we are leaving behind and to thank each and every one of you for your support. From the Spring to Christmas Markets, School Proms, Farm to Table Dinner, Dances, Concerts, Christmas Karaoke and of course our fantastic vendors and couples who chose Bates Barn to start the next chapter in their lives. We are truly grateful. May each of you be richly blessed in the year ahead as we open the doors to 2025.

Huge thanks to amazing host and singer Neil Wheaton for a great night of Karaoke at the barn. We may have been a smaller crowd but we had a blast and the music was awesome. Thanks to those who came and donations to the BES/BRHS Breakfast programs.

Bates Barn | Weddings and Special Events Venue

Bates Barn is a rustic venue with modern amenities for Weddings and Special Events. Our Beautiful facility hosts Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Receptions, Business Meetings and Special Events. Bates Barn is surrounded by 15 acres of farmland with picturesque views of the Belleisle Bay and scenic countryside. We are conveniently located in Southern New Brunswick between Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton.

Bates Barn provides Brides & Grooms with a romantic place to share their wedding vows and reception. Your Family and Friends will celebrate with you while taking in the barn's breathtaking ambiance and beautiful views of the Belleisle Bay.

Bates Barn has seating for 175+ and added space in the Mezzanine\Loft overlooking the main reception\dance floor festivities. The Barn is a 42' X 82' wood structure with exposed majestic beams providing a rustic yet modern elegant feel for your wedding or special event.

What makes us different from other rustic barn spaces is that we can host year round weddings and special events. Our main floor offers indoor climate control for year round comfort. The main level also has a custom built bar and wheelchair accessible washrooms. The lower level has a dressing room for the Bride\Attendants, clean-up kitchen and washrooms.
