We got to meet Eliot at our wedding when he catered it. This guy pulled into the middle of a hay field with his kitchen on wheels and provided a meal that will not be forgotten. I got to watch my guests check out the pig on the spit and everyone who approached got a taste test and got to chat with the very friendly staff. Everything he made was so delicious! My wedding guests are still talking about it! I will recommend him to everyone, and would definitely have him back again.
The entire process from start to finish was made so simple. Talking about menu and choosing food items was made so easy. Everything confirmed a few times throughout process. Payment was easy. Can’t say enough good about him.
