Recently I have been thinking of doing a tutorial for creating foam pieces like the heads I wear in contests and such, to begin with and see where it goes. I use a program called Pepakura that some of you might be familiar with, and if not I was planning to run through what I know about unfolding 3d models for foam templating and getting the correct size for your head, then cutting and assembly. Can I get a couple suggestions for a head/helmet someone would like for a starter project for a tutorial? Thanks all have a great day. :D

In one of my groups I came across a gentleman whose 6 year old son was born without a thumb, the doctors removed his index finger in order to create a thumb from it and it worked, but he was left without an index finger, I have done a few prosthetics such as this and donated my time and skill to help him, I'm attaching some photos of the boys hand and different stages on the models creation, I still need to design the wrist gauntlet for the kinetics and send the files off to print, I hope the little guy likes it, as the missing digit makes him feel a bit self-conscious 🙁

My dentist Supinder Lotay is a really great guy, after my recent visit I gifted him a cookie cutter with there logo, and he mentions how cool it would be to have a medallion, as it kind of resembled one. Well I had to make it right and hook him up with one. Now he has a medallion the size of a hubcap, that's says everything that needs to be said. :)
