Just set up an 8 pinwheel ceiling treatment at Lady Fatima. Saturday we set the room and drape. It’s a big one!
We have three wedding rehearsals today as we have the biggest weekend of the year.

The life of a planner and decorator is tough as I had to strip down to my sports bra setting this one up. 20ft plus ceilings are a killer.

A stunning large set up for a double wedding weekend just gone.
This set up was four long tables, not been done before with this many people, but we did it!!!!

We used out beautiful textured white linens and these drop dead gorgeous charger plates (new in stock) along with our LED tapered and pillar candles and of course, check out these florals from

It’s always manic setting up Hatley with such a small time frame, but four crew hard at it was a stunning result.

A beautiful elegant wedding for C&K Sunday. We mirror draped the gazebo and had the florist add beautiful florals on the tie backs at the front. The couple provided this elegant mirror which custom did lettering for, look how stunning it turned out.

A small wedding for a wonderful couple. We piped and draped 100ft to cover these walls, we had a stage for the live band in front of this cute dinner set up.
This couple finally tied the knot after 10 yrs! 💜🤍

This couple (what sweethearts they were) handed me a tote and black bag filled with single stem florals and said, what ever you can do. So I spent an hour placing each stem on this archway with more zap straps that Amazon could stock. Turned out beautiful. To the point the bride tripped when walking down the aisle because it blew her away.
What a pleasure working with T&J on this beautiful warm day! 🤍💜

This couple were a dream. So kind and caring and the love had me in tears. When you see two people like J&M you know they will last forever.

Just one of two weddings yesterday. It was a hot one 😅
We got to finally do a wedding at the stunning and my goodness it’s like a dream at every cobble path. From all the unique areas that make you feel you are not in Victoria to all the treasures that are placed around the venue that keep your eyes asking (wow how old is that, where did you get that)

Big thank you to the incredible vendors and all the laughs and smiles through the heat.

A beautiful ceremony in the Gazebo
The wind was blowing and the scattered rain that was on and off didn’t stop this wedding. You sometimes have to make the decisions to not place large floral arrangements on pillars due to that gusty blow that happens, but it all looked amazing in the end. We were running around chasing palms and florals to put back into place, but when that ceremony hit, not a gust blew through. You have to just go with what ever Mother Nature provides. But one thing that stood out was how sparkly the brides dress was. I’ve never seen anything sparkle that much before and when those sun rays beamed on her, my goodness it was like a twilight scene. Just stunning!

A stunning head table using a double hang backdrop and making that head table sparkle with our rose sequin linens.
We loaded the table edge with candles using floating, pillar and votive and then the florist added babies breath and palms to tie it all in. Was truly stunning!!!

We set up a presentation room for a corporate event this week using our luxury black velvet linens and arranging greenery table placements for that extra special touch.

One of three events up at Bear Mountain over these last few days. It’s been busy that’s for sure.
The Hotel has so many areas and I love this little space called The Orzo Room. That floor tile makes you feel like you are in Europe.

The staff in every department from front and back of house are some of the best people I’ve worked with. Their service, the food, just everything is so on point, thank you to you all!

Re-using archway florals on the head table is not only a money saver, but also makes it look amazing! Archway florals are always big and beautiful, full of lush florals and foliage.
Check out these bursts of colour on this sweetheart table. Not only did we have a lot to repurpose, we got to add florals and greens to the fireplace and accent tables!

When rooms look this beautiful! We did a ceiling treatment mostly using faux greenery. The room turned out stunning! Rob Jennings the Florist did an incredible job on these tables and supplied us with loose greens for the Edison lights. Just love what we achieved in here today!
