The Hockey Marathon for Kids 2024 will be taking place at the Chestermere Recreational Centre from April 5th- April 16th! This year 40 players will attempt to play 262 constitutive hours, breaking their previous records and raising funds for the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation.

2024 is the 100th anniversary of organized Judo in Canada, which began with the establishment of Tai Iku Dojo by Shigetaka ‘Steve’ Sasaki in Vancouver in 1924.
Judo Canada encourages all organizations, clubs, and individual judoka to support the 100 campaign that we will celebrate.

Why do we need an event planner? I can do an event on my own or have one of my staff members do it. While we will never "force" any one to hire a planner we can confidently say that one of the main reasons we are hired is due to the fact we can problem solve quickly. Having a professional planner, one that is educated in risk management and cam troubleshoot fast is so important. Professional planners have so many contacts in their roladex that can help quickly where your guests or athletes don't know there was anything wrong. #eventplanner #eventmanagement #riskmanagement #lpevents #quickthinking
