This is the phrase people use when you're able to drive at speed over a hill, catch some air and have the feeling of butterflies in your stomach - or a ticklebelly. It could also describe the nervous/excited feeling one would have on their wedding day - which makes it the perfect fit for a wedding venue.

One thing about our venue that our couples are always happy to have is our on-site accommodations at The Farmhouse. Not only is it spacious for the wedding party to get ready, or hosting friends & family for their rehearsal, while providing relaxation before the big day, it is also great for photos like these ✨🤍 (that dress though👌🏼)

It’s hard to believe our wedding season is over already! It feels weird to have our weekends back, but we are so happy to have this time ahead to spend with our family.

We want to thank each & every one of our 2024 couples! And all of those that have helped & supported us through our first season ♥️ We are so incredibly grateful for our team!! And are lucky to have celebrated with so many wonderful couples this year. Every day spent at Ticklebelly Hill is an absolute blessing, and we can’t wait to work closely with our future couples!

It’s finally time to announce that we have a new addition to The Farmhouse!! 📣 !!
We want your next wedding weekend, staycation, friend getaway, family holiday, to be the most relaxing it possibly can be so we have added a hot tub in the coziest corner 👌🏼😍
Not only is it sheltered from the weather, but you can access it right from the house! It is also a perfect added space for the other half of the wedding party to get ready, hang out, and of course relax before it’s go time!♥️

Our Story

Ticklebelly Hill is an event facility in Oak Bay, New Brunswick, minutes from St Andrews, St Stephen, the US border and the beautiful Bay of Fundy. The site consists of grassy fields, forests and a century-and-a-half year old barn with cedar shingles, an antique chandelier, indoor washroom facilities and a huge deck and custom-built bar. The venue is owned and operated by Sarah, her amazing team of staff members, and supported by her husband Craig. Where does the name Ticklebelly Hill come from?
