For me, baking can be a great way to relax and unwind as it allows you to focus on the task at hand, clear your mind and let your creativity flow. It can also give you a sense of purpose and accomplishment when you see the finished product. Baking can also be a therapeutic activity, promoting mindfulness, reducing stress and anxiety and allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Additionally, the act of sharing your baked goods with others can also boost your mood and bring people together. I'll be sharing with you in the next few months some baking tips and tricks, and recipes❤️

Everyday should start with a mimosa 😊

A big shout out to today. They hosted a lovely brunch held at and floral workshop hosted by . taught us how to make a beautiful flower arrangement. created the perfect photo op installation with a boho wall made of dried and preserved florals. You can see it this week at the Dufresne Ellice location.

We had a delicious brunch of egg benedict, roast chicken, variety of salads, assorted danishes, fruits, cheese, lox and bagels, hash browns, and so much more, accompanied by tea, coffee, mimosa, and variety of juices. It was a fantastic brunch and I recommend you visit the restaurant ! It was very busy Sunday morning there.

My daughter and I had a great time. It’s was the perfect activity leading up to Mother’s Day. Thank you for a beautiful day.

International Women’s day.
To all the women that have inspired me, THANK YOU.
These are the women who showed strength, wisdom, and perseverance when life threw them the biggest challenges. They fought, endured and rose from the ashes.
To those that have shown that we are not in competition with each other but that we hold each other up and help us to be the best version of ourselves.
To the women who challenged the stereotypes, who showed that glass ceilings are mean to be broken, who are knocking it out of the park in male dominated sectors while still remembering that family comes first. You are my hero.

We’ve been busy this month with several gatherings and parties underway now that the restrictions have lifted. So happy to see families and friends able to come together again.
