We've CLOSED up our Community Space for the week, but Sifco has a Resiliency Centre at Appledale Hall that is open until 5pm today and tomorrow.

And they have a HUGE ABUNDANCE of free food for folks to take - go and help yourself, tons of veggies, bread and other staples.

It has been a strangely special week at the Whole, hosting the community for shared meals and supporting folks affected by the wildfires. We are so grateful for all the incredible people who helped out:

Emerald Grove Permaculture
Wild Valley Farm
Linden Lane Farms
All the folks who dropped off food and donations, came to cook and clean, and supported the space.
We can't even name everyone, but thank you to Tanya, Sue, the Elders, Lisa, Lada, Ash, Ron, Cheryl, Anastasia, Martina, Rita, Marcia, and so so many more!

Hoping all evacuees get home safe soon. Thank you, firefighters, for all of your work in our community!
