SWEET CORN, a staple in many Latin American countries, call it Uchepo 🇲🇽 Humita 🇵🇪🇨🇱Pamonhas 🇧🇷 o Envuelto🇨🇴 the concept is the same: a tamale made from ground fresh corn wrapped in fresh corn leaves. Simple and delicious.

P O B L A N O - P E P P E R S
Also known as Pasilla pepper, but when dried it’s called Ancho 😄 yeah, that’s too many names.

This is the main ingredient to our very own vegan tamale which combined with mushroom, corn and house green sauce create a bomb of flavours in your mouth 🤤 ✨

M A S A - D O U G H

Made of corn, this is the base of tamales🌽…but this is the final result, prior to this the maize has to go through a preparation process called Nixtamalization in which dried kernels are cooked and steeped in an alkaline solution, it is then drained, rinsed and milled to form masa 🙌🏼
