Happy New Year's Eve!!! ✨

I'll be spending my evening with the boys of of course. Enjoy these photos of the boys in Sarnia, Ontario back in April.

Although I didn't put together a final 2024 post, for the past month I have been posting every day to recap this wonderful and crazy year 🥳 I can tell that I have grown so much on my photography and I hope to do the same going forward in 2025! Here's to capturing more moments like this 📸 thank you as always for following along my photo journey.

I was incredibly honoured to have captured this beautiful wedding day for these two beautiful people 💖

I do not have a lot of wedding photography experience, this being my second wedding shoot and both times being for friends, but both times have been incredibly rewarding on so many levels. To be trusted with capturing such an important day and to witness all of the joy that will be remembered forever is so special to me. Thank you both for the trust and I wish you nothing but the best for all of your years together!

Flashback Friday to a few favourite moments of the "ring of fire" technique (plus a great lighting drummer shot) in my concert photography catalogue, featuring back in January!

Sometimes this technique is great and sometimes not at all since it all depends on the lighting in the venue. I have a new kaleidoscope half filter I was gifted this Christmas by my lovely sister Ashley and I cannot wait to give it a try!

I am absolutely in love with this photoshoot with 💜❤️💚

I'm not going to lie, I have been putting off editing this session for a while, life and other shoots got in the way and I really wanted to put the proper time into editing this session and allow myself to be as creative as I could be with these photos. However, I did want to share these before the end of the year as I'm so proud of these thus far, so here are a few favourites from this spooky smokey witchy photoshoot back in August 🔮

I've had the pleasure of shooting .music a few times now at the , , and the and every time I have the best time 🔥 Dani and her band are beyond talented and it's refreshing to see so many smiles being passed around on stage! They have such great chemistry and tunes and I highly recommend checking them out! 💕

Wyatt of Brass Camel playing a sold out show in Toronto back in March earlier this year during their Over The Hump tour!

Do I have any photographers that follow me who have been on tour with a band? What's your favourite part and the most difficult part about touring? I miss being on the road so much! We toured across Canada, Vancouver to Cape Breton, and back in a bus for 2 months and it was one of the most fun things I've ever been a part of! Can't wait to do it again hopefully 🤞

Throwback Thursday to photographing the at the Pacific Colosseum in Vancouver on September 1st!

This was my first time shooting at this iconic venue and the freedom in the pit was truly incredible! And oh how I miss shooting in amazing stage lighting 🔦 The nostalgia factor was riding high that night, even though I only got to stay and shoot the first 3 songs and had to leave afterwards. They were so much fun!

Are you a yogi? 🧘‍♀️✨ It was such a pleasure to have @imaanaliya in front of the camera to practice some portrait photography! Imaan is working toward becoming a Yoga instructor and wanted to capture some serene, beachy, yoga vibes for some promo material. I am loving this journey heading into portrait photography! As someone who is fairly shy to speak up, I was worried about diving into this realm. I thought it would be difficult to verbalize what I wanted to achieve in a shoot or that I would be nervous to direct people in front of the camera but for the past few lovely people I've had a portrait session with, I felt at ease to express myself creatively behind the camera and can slowly feel the confidence in my skills growing.
