I’ve been asked about all white bouquets in the last few days and YES, it’s still popular.

When it comes to monochromatic colours, white is still one of my favourite. When the season is right, white peonies is the perfect focal flower to add texture.

Floral foam is still a topic that keeps florists like ourselves scratching our heads.

Is it possible to create beautiful structures with more environmental conscious materials?

Absolutely! Many designs can be achieved using materials like chicken wire, reusable containers, and water pipes. However, these methods tend to be more time-consuming and labor-intensive, which is why they are less commonly used.

Our recent floral course in China is giving us a lot of inspiration. These design concepts encourages us to focus on how to bring these ideas to life in a more environmentally friendly way. Learning never stops 🫶🏻
