🐚Happy Full Moon in Cancer 🦀🐚⭐️ my heart is filled with tremendous gratitude to Creative BC for granting me the mentorship opportunity of a lifetime to learn how to produce my first song(s) on Ableton through their Demo Recording Grant.
This project has been a dream in the making and has definitely helped me level up musically by expanding my range of as an artist.

Music has been a huge passion of mine from age 5 years old I used to be pianist who up until senior year of high school took Royal Conservatory Exams (practical, written and theory exams ) along with bi yearly music recitals for much of my adolescence. I have been performing as musical artist ever since.
I used to produce music under an indie moniker: Mother Palesa but due to super traumatizing and destabilizing series of events transpiring which resulted in me abandoned electronic music production as a whole at 19 yrs old. Now almost 10 years later, I had the opportunity to learn through Artist x/o(aka Veron Xio ) my trusted mentor, friend who to make a song on Ableton from start to finish. The amount of childlike joy this project has brought is indescribable in words. It’s been a deeply gratifying experience that will allow me to soar to new heights as a not only a DJ but also a producer and for that I am extremely grateful. My first track will be released for early this year and I’m excited to showcase the evolution of music production journey.

Hopefully this story encourages others to return back to their divine creativity and roots. For many of us musical realms play an integral part of our wellness and are our sacred places of solace and rejuvenation. ⭐️

✨ I’m so excited to be playing Bass Coast Festival 2024 this year! 💗🧿The way goddess bestowed this blessing on me literally was so poetic and beautiful it still gives me chills whenever I reminisce receiving the email to play while on the beach on her embrace. 🧜🏽‍♀️🥥⚔️🧿

The best part of about this blessing is that I get to play alongside so many of my friends and peers 🤧

So geeked to be on a lineup with some of my favourite bass DJ’s/producers that I deeply respect (ie. Sam Binga, Bianca Oblivion, Ivy Lab, Sage Introspekt and Of The Trees) likeee wow!!

This is a really sentimental collab & booking for me..and I will probably happy cry post set tbh I won’t get super sappy but yeah .m.i.l.e_____ was defs is blueprint 4 me in regards to how to run a successful collective which showcases such a vibrant and diverse array of dj/producers and artists. Literally, one of the few collectives in van who had a GQOM headliner (DJ Lag) headline for their events…so insane. I remember going to .m.i.l.e_____ events circa 2017 -2018 and when I first started going to underground shows in “Vancouver” and remember being completely mystified by the stellar lineups they would curate. It’s kind of beautiful full circle moment to be on this lineup of all stars such as renowned artists honoured 🥺🤧

This Friday I give birth to my baby, my collective, Neptune7. I have been quietly nurturing this project for a while conceptually and I’m forever thankful to the divine mother Goddess and father God, my friends and loved ones and spirit guides for intuitively guiding and encouraging me to to launch this collective.

I especially give my thanks to low indigo for graciously allowing me to hold this event in such a sacred artistic space. I have big plans in store and I can’t wait for you all to be apart of them in the future! I hope to see you at our cosmic launch this Friday ✨
