These mobile kitchens bring a diverse array of culinary delights to the table, offering guests the freedom to choose meals that reflect their tastes while showcasing the unique flavours of the region.

Our guests sought an immersive experience, and Vancouver delivered. Just 20 minutes from downtown, they joined a local foraging expert to uncover the wild mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest. These freshly gathered treasures then became the highlight of a live cooking demonstration.

This hands-on experience showcased our region’s rich bounty while offering insight into sustainable foraging practices and the continued stewardship of Indigenous communities. It was an ideal blend of health, nature, and culture—an unforgettable aspect of their Vancouver program.

In 2020, the pandemic completely shattered the business meeting and event industry. When the BC Ministry of Health approached the hospitality industry to support the Immunize BC program, #PDS was ready to make an impact in our industry and our community. We hired 200+ industry professionals for logistical and registration services. Our team helped those folks visiting the provincial clinics feel safe and supported. Over 175,000 vaccines were administered at our vaccination sites, helping to bring BC's first-dose immunization rates to 80% of our total provincial population. Our team worked seven days a week and travelled over 500,000 kilometres setting up clinics in remote BC communities. Through it all, we were continuously inspired by the strength and resilience we saw from British Columbians and are grateful for the opportunity to serve our industry and our province. And we're not done yet! PDS continues to support the vaccine rollout as boosters become available across the province. Thank you to our partners at Vancouver Coastal Health, Interior Health, Northern Health and Immunize BC. We are #BrilliantTogether. Take a look at our impact video!
