Upcoming Fraserview Drainage Project

Drainage upgrades will begin on Tuesday, May 19, on Hole 17 at Fraserview Golf Course. During construction, a temporary tee will be set up in the fairway past the work area. This tee will be in place for approximately one week.

On June 1, work will begin on Hole 14. A temporary green will be in play and the hole will be played as a short par 3.

Once work on Hole 14 is complete, crews will upgrade a small section in front of the green on Hole 2. While work is underway, a temporary green will be used on the fairway. The regular green will reopen once crews are finished each day.

Signage will be in place and our starter and golf shop teams will have the latest information. If you have questions, please ask. We’re here to help your round go as smoothly as possible.

Thank you for your patience while we complete these course upgrades.

This Earth Day, we’re celebrating our six golf courses: Fraserview, Langara, McCleery, Stanley Park Pitch and Putt, Rupert Park Pitch and Putt, and Queen Elizabeth Park Pitch and Putt.

Together, these courses are important urban green spaces that give people a chance to connect with nature in the city. They help support biodiversity, provide habitat for wildlife and contribute to a healthier, greener Vancouver.

We’re also proud that Fraserview, Langara and McCleery hold Audubon certification, reflecting an ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship through wildlife and habitat management, water conservation, resource management, and outreach and education.
