The sun is out this morning, and this weekend is your last chance to golf at Rupert Park pitch & putt! Grab your clubs and get in a final round before the season wraps up – last day to play at Rupert Park is Monday, November 18.

Queen Elizabeth and Stanley Park pitch & putts will stay open until November 30 to keep the season going a little longer. ⛳️

It's time to get out and enjoy the last of fall pitch & putt golf at Vancouver Park Board! 🍂

🌧️⛳ Weather Update: Due to heavy rainfall and strong winds, the Championship courses are currently open but operating on temporary greens. Watch for further updates if the weather worsens.

Fraserview and McCleery Clubhouses will be closed today. The Langara Clubhouse will remain open with limited hours.

Winter Hours and Time Change:

With the start of November and the clocks changing on November 3, our golf operations will adjust to accommodate the shorter daylight hours.

- As of November 1 the championship course clubhouses will be open from 10 am to 2 pm daily (weather permitting).

- As of November 1, early morning back 9 play will be available seven days a week on the championship courses.

- Starting on November 3, the first tee time at Fraserview, McCleery and Langara will be 8 am through the winter months. Twilight rates will begin at 12 pm.

- The pitch and putts will be open 10 am to 5 pm daily starting on November 1.

A big thank you to all our golfers for making the 2024 summer season a fantastic one! As the seasons shift, we're hoping for more good golf weather and look forward to seeing you out on the courses this winter too.

✅ Fraserview and Langara are open and operating as usual.

October 20 update:

✅ Fraserview Golf Course is open and operating as usual.

✅ Langara Golf Course will be open to regular greens at the start of the day.

❌ McCleery Golf Course will be closed today due to high water throughout the course. However, the driving range remains open.

❌ The clubhouses are closed for the weekend.

Staff will continue to monitor conditions closely and announce any further updates through the VanGolf app and Vancouver Parks Golf social media channels.

Due to the completion of aeration maintenance, there will be no early morning Back 9 Play at Fraserview tomorrow, September 19. Our maintenance crew will be working hard to complete the aeration process to keep the course in top condition.

McCleery Golf Course update:

Early morning Back 9 Play off the 10th tee will resume at McCleery on Thursday, September 5.

Back 9 play is available Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday mornings, except during aeration (Sep 9 – 11). We appreciate your patience as our irrigation pumps were repaired.

All 3 of our courses and clubhouses will be closed on the following dates for scheduled fall aeration and maintenance projects:

• Langara: September 3–5 (Tuesday to Thursday)
• McCleery: September 9–11 (Monday to Wednesday)
• Fraserview: September 16–18 (Monday to Wednesday)

Please note the dates above and plan to change up your golf routine to play at another one of our great golf courses!

Congratulations to all the players who competed at the 2024 Vancouver Open presented by Maui Jim and Vancouver Parks Golf.

The tournament concluded with Jace Minni, of Beach Grove Golf Club in Vancouver as the 2024 tournament champion, shooting a stellar 54-hole score of 13 under par. The 2024 Women’s champion was Christine Wong from University Golf Club with a score of -6. The Open and the Fundraising Pro-Am were sold out events, showcasing the community's strong support and enthusiasm for golf.

The Odlum Brown Vancouver Open, presented by Maui Jim Canada and Vancouver Parks Golf, is now underway!

Today and tomorrow, McCleery and Langara Golf Courses are hosting the first and second tournament rounds.

The final round will take place at Fraserview Golf Course on Sunday, August 25.

Please note that early morning Back 9 play will not be available at McCleery or Langara on Saturday, August 24, and at Fraserview on Sunday, August 25. You can find other tee time availability online at vancouver.ca/golf.

Spectators are welcome each day. A bleacher area will be available at the 18th hole at Fraserview on Sunday.

⛳️ The countdown is on! The Odlum Brown Vancouver Open, presented by Maui Jim Canada and Vancouver Parks Golf, will take place at Fraserview, McCleery, and Langara Golf Courses starting next week.

The tournament will begin with the fundraising Pro-Am presented by Maui Jim on Wednesday, August 21, at Fraserview Golf Course.

A team of amateurs will join a top young professional or elite amateur to raise funds for the Vancouver Golf Tournament Player Development Fund. This fund supports aspiring young professional, amateur, and junior golfers by helping to alleviate the costs of tournament entry fees, travel, and training as they advance toward becoming champions on larger stages.

McCleery and Langara will host the first and second tournament rounds on Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24.

Fraserview will be host the final round on Sunday, August 25. Spectators are welcome!

McCleery Golf Course update:

Due to irrigation issues, early morning Back 9 play off the 10th tee will be unavailable at McCleery as of August 10 until further notice.

This will allow staff to manually water the course each morning ahead of golfers. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
