Last night we lost our dear friend and fellow DJ & performer Santi AKA DJ DeadHead. After delivering back to back absolutely killer sets at our DarkRave and Sin City Fe**sh Halloween events, he unexpectedly passed away late Saturday night, just hours after we were all hanging out together. We didn't know it at the time, and he didn't either, but this set was also him saying goodbye to all of us. A huge memory from this night will always be him cutting the music and shouting "I FU***NG LOVE YOU GUYS!" at the crowd, and getting a massive cheer back.

I first met Santi as an attendee of Florida Fe**sh Weekend, where he was originally based and held a long running DJ residency, and we immediately became fast friends, which is absolutely common with most people who got to know him. A huge and outgoing personality, Santi was as real and genuine as it gets, and always made fast and deep connections with people. After relocating to Vancouver, we connected further and he quickly became an integral and well-loved member of our Restricted Entertainment family of performers, our friends circle in general, and he is going to be deeply missed by many, leaving us far too soon and far too young.

Our hearts go out to his family and friends from Florida and all around the world.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN MY WONDERFUL WEIRDO FRIENDS! I have really been feeling it this year and felt like this has been one of the most fun Halloweens in a long time! Part of it is because Halloween proper is on a Thursday, which in my opinion is the BEST case scenario as it gives a fun mid day Halloween proper, while still having both the weekend before and the weekend after working for Halloween themed events!

But do not get me wrong here - as an event organizer, it has been an absolute grind, with venues instability causing some major chaos behind the scenes, plus a gazillion hurdles that no one who attends the events ever actually sees. There might be some events that just send in their DJs to play what always play at events throughout the year, and zero decorations or efforts to make it special for Halloween --- our events are not like that - we go all in and there are so many moving parts that all have to come together JUST RIGHT, it's like juggling ten balls while the weights and sizes of the balls keep changing randomly with no notice. But totally worth it. Massive thank you to all our staff, helpers, volunteers, DJs, performers and co-producers at all our Restricted Entertainment family of events who help make that black magic happen!

PASSION PORTAL Halloween - Monsters Vs Fairies last Friday was an ABSOLUTE VIBE, with a sold out party at the Waldorf, Sunday (even on a school night) had over 400 people out for COFFIN CLUB Halloween @ The Red Room! The costumes and Halloween energy were 11 on the Richter scale!

And there's STILL the DARKRAVE - Halloween Warehouse Party this Friday, followed by our absolute biggest event of the Halloween season, the SIN CITY ~ Fe**sh Halloween Ball on Saturday!

I hope everyone is still feeling the Halloween spirit because IT'S STILL HALLOWEEN TODAY RIGHT THROUGH TO THE END OF THE WEEKEND!

There's a very small handful of advance tickets left, and once those are gone, we have 25 at the door, first come, first serve!

TICKETS

- all tickets are now FINAL SALE, the refund request window closes 24 hours before the event, and that time has passed!

- all ticket purchasers were sent a confirmation email at the time of purchase. If you can't find it, look in your spam/trash/junk folders, sometimes it is in there. While it helps speed things up at entry if you have your digital or printed tickets ready to show, if you don't have those, our staff can look you up on our list of ticket purchasers, based on your ID. As long as you bought a ticket, we'll get you in!

- it's now day of. All staff are beyond busy preparing for the show and cannot answer personal emails with things like ticket or show details questions! All the information needed can be found in numerous places online.

TICKET TRANSFERS

- if you have a ticket transferred or sold to you from a third party who is not attending, you will need both the ticket confirmation code or email, AND a text or email you can show the staff confirming an agreement to transfer the ticket to you. Staff cannot otherwise release tickets to anyone whose name does not match the name of the ticket purchaser.

ARRIVAL TIME

- we cannot stress this enough, early arrival is highly recommended to minimize line waits! EVERYTHING takes longer on Halloween! Cabs, Ubers and Lyfts will be overloaded and likely take longer than you expect. Budget extra travel time and come as early as you can so as not to miss a second of the event!

- Doors 9 PM, and the party heats up right away! Peak line wait time will be 10:30-midnight and we highly suggest arriving before this!

COAT CHECK

- Yes, of course there is a coat check, and an area leading up to it, where you can quickly change, pack up anything you will not need while inside at the event, and pay to be looked after by the hard-working coat check team.

- During the event, you can take things out of the coat check and re-check them for a fee if you absolutely must, but coat check volume will be high and we strongly recommend you simply make sure you have everything you need!

This party is RED HOT! All regular tickets are now GONE! There's only two ways to get tickets now!

#1 - One final batch of approximately 40 tickets will become available shortly, via our Newsletter ONLY. If you aren't signed up yet, better head to our website ASAP and get on it! A link and password will be sent out at 10 PM tonight, giving access to those last few tickets! After that, you can still sign up any time, and an automatic welcome email will be sent to you right away with the links.

Also a polite but firm reminder that Sin City is a FE**SH EVENT first and foremost, and we have a fe**sh dress code, yes, even on Halloween!

All attendees must be dressed sexy / fe**sh / risque / pervy / scandalous in some way, or they will not be permitted entry! This is not a suggestion or a recommendation, this will absolutely be in effect, with our door staff having final say!

Having an advance ticket in hand does not get you past the fe**sh dress code, you will still be turned away at the door if you attired in plainclothes!

We of course allow a lot of leeway for Halloween costumes, but if your outfit is blatantly plain and not kinky at all, it won't pass!

Do not risk disappointing your friends, yourself, or our door staff - we want everyone who shows up to make it in and be part of the filthy fun! TRUST, the effort is ALWAYS worth it. There are other parties with more relaxed "anything goes" rules regarding dress, but there simply is no comparison to a 100% fully fe**sh environment where every single person is an active participant in bringing the energy that makes it so fun and unique!
