Just like how we started our first several events free of charge, we didn't want money hurdles to get inbetween you and the music.

HYPERLYNX
[ In The Lab Recordings / 170+ / Sinful Maze ]

Hyperlynx aka Nathan Wood has been making electronic music under various monikers for about 10 years. He released a stunning 6-track EP with us on 170+ Recordings which saw support from the likes of Noisia, Camo & Krooked and High Contrast.

He has several free downloads out on some international brands with plenty of forthcoming tunes on the horizon. His attention to detail, unique sound design and ability to create top-quality music across multiple genres, prove he is someone to keep an eye on.

We are very honoured to welcome him to Vancouver for a debut that shouldn't be missed!!

** ARTIST SPOTLIGHT **

Since combining forces in 2015, Reflektor has been on the rise as they’ve stretched their roots across the West Coast of Canada and caught eyes within the global Drum & Bass circuit. As a duo, Alex Timmer and Alec Grose found their unique sound nestled in the deeper end of the spectrum while flaunting a smooth, soulful, and diverse style of Dnb.

With Alec leading the charge in their productions, the duo hit their stride in late-2018 with their exciting debut of 'Hold on Me Feat. Anastasia' on the mighty Sh**un Audio. Leading into early-2019 they kept the ball rolling with their debut alongside Dave Owen on Technique Recordings, 'Undertow', as well as their two tracks, 'This Love Feat. Anastasia' and 'Run Forrest Run w. Low5', included on Technique Recordings' Summer LP 2019. Most recently, mid 2021 saw Reflektor's smooth liquid debut on Symmetry Recordings with the vocal aid of Leo Wood in 'Slow it Down'.

Outside of production, Reflektor’s sole DJ, Alex, has managed to gain a reputation of delivering noticeably consistent and entertaining DJ sets ranging the full spectrum of Drum & Bass. He's shared the stage with many of the top global Drum & Bass acts and delivers a consistent flow of podcasts alongside the Hydration Mix Series collective focusing in Liquid Drum & Bass. Energetic, lush, and smooth, when Reflektor hits the decks fans are left on their toes.

Now split between Vancouver and Calgary, Reflektor is back in the studio hard at work and has a hand-full of gems set for 2022 release!
